Is it a true democracy.....

Let us sit back and annalyse things thats happening around us for the past one month.
Is it what our leaders wanted. They spent countless hours in guranteeing us certain freedom,Under the constitution,But who is there to implement these. They simply forgot it appears. They didnt create an ombudsman nor a Policeman with powers to get these implemented. Our courts are almost paralysed with litigations,God alone knows when the next case filed will come up for hearing, simply because our political leadership and the bureacracy have together conspired to keep at the minmum the number of Judges(whether they are efficient or not again is subjective) so always they can have a back log of cases and have the time at their disposal to do what they want and get away unpunished for their acts of ommission/commission.
The subject, which I wanted to discuss was about how a group of people can deny another group their fundamental right to view/watch/partake,what they like, was it why boundaries were created.Never in their wildest dreams ,our founding fathers would have dreamt that what they wanted done and whats being done are diametrically opposite.Whats preventing the Centre from acting against these villains, who prevent citizens of this country Called India from watching /enjoying.After all be it a begali/maharshtrian/gujarathi/tamilian/malayalee/oria/bihari/bhojpuri, etc. but who are these minorities who think they can deny the citizen s of this great country(Mera Bharath Mahaan) and get away with it.
Isnt it time we woke up to realities, thats happening around us and express ourself strongly and vehmently. Its time the Central Govt recognised the seriousness and act.Rather than being the rubber stamp at Information and broadcasting Ministry, people at the helm of affairs understand what the responsiblity means. Its high time people understand, otherwise it would be too late.
